Abstract
Cutis marmorata telangiectatica congenita is a rare congenital vascular anomaly; characterized by congenital cutis marmorata; phlebectasia; spider nevi; ulceration; and in most instances; steady-improvement from birth. We report a case of cutis marmorata telangiectatica congenita in 3-month?old boy who has developed localized; dark red reticulated mottling with shiny atrophic scars on the inner side of the left leg. Diagnosis was confirmed by clinical and histopathologic features.
